This raw Japanese sibling is preserved as a placeholder during the corrective ingest pass so the vault keeps evidence that the upstream repository ships a Japanese README. The current vault pass did not yet normalize the original Japanese README's internal relative links into repo-local stable references, so the full body is deferred to a later raw-maintenance pass rather than landing render-breaking markdown in the published site.
